Having trouble logging in? 

We are aware that some customers may be experiencing issues when attempting to log in to our website. If you are experiencing an issue logging into our website, clearing your browsing history and cache will likely solve the problem.

Identify which web browser you are using and then follow the instructions below: 

Desktop Browsers:

Google Chrome: Instructions to clear cache. Make sure you select "from the beginning of time" when following these instructions.

*Tip: If you do not wish to clear your cache, simply open an "incognito window." This will also eliminate any problem caused by caching. Click the three dots in the top right corner of your browser and select "new incognito window" from the drop down menu.

Opera: Instructions to clear cache. Make sure you select "from the beginning of time" when following these instructions. 

*Tip: if you do not wish to clear your cache, simply open a private browsing window. This will also eliminate any problem caused by caching. Click File>New Private Window. 

Microsoft Edge and Internet Explorer: Instructions to clear cache. 

*Tip: If you do not wish to clear your cache, simply open a private browsing window. This will also eliminate any problem caused by caching. Click the three dots in the top right corner of your browser and select "New InPrivate Window" from the drop down menu.

Safari: Instructions to clear your cache. Make sure you select "all history" when following these instructions. 

*Tip: If you do not wish to clear your cache, simply open a private browsing window. This will also eliminate any problem caused by caching. Click File>New Private Window. 

Mozilla Firefox: Instructions to clear cache. Make sure you select "Everything" on the time range to clear when following these instructions. 

*Tip: If you do not wish to clear your cache, simply open a private browsing window. This will also eliminate any problem caused by caching. Click the menu button and then select "New Private Window." 

Mobile Browsers:

Dolphin: Instructions to clear your cache.

Opera: To clear history in Opera Mini on iPhone, swipe right from the Speed Dial menu to access browsing history and click the trash icon to delete it. On any version, click Opera's O menu, select the gear icon; once in Settings, scroll to Clear Browsing data (or just Clear on iPhone). Select passwords, history, or cookies to delete instantly.

On Android, go to Advanced to turn off the collection of cookies and passwords, but not of browser history; cookies is the only option you can choose not to track on iOS. Stick to using private tabs if you're visiting sites that you don't want a history of.

 You can do much the same in the standard Opera browser for Android (not Opera Mini), by going to the hamburger menu and selecting Clear browsing data.
